Return & Refund Policy

At Orikya, we take pride in delivering high-quality personal care products. Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only in specific cases as mentioned below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns or replacements if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery.
  • You receive a wrong item.
  • The product is defective or expired at the time of delivery.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide photo or video proof of the issue.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used personal care products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage.
  • Orders placed by mistake or due to a change of mind.

4. Refund Process

Once we verify the issue:

  • A replacement will be sent, or
  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

5. Return Shipping

  • If the mistake is on our side (wrong/damaged product), we will arrange free reverse pickup.
  • If the return is due to customer error, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
